Jay Dawson is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience designing, scaling, and optimizing Patient Support Services across specialty and rare disease markets. As Vice President at COPILOT, Jaron leads the development and execution of access strategies and innovative solutions designed to support patient access, and drive measurable outcomes. He works closely with new and existing clients, applying a consultative approach to identify gaps, solve challenges, and build scalable, high-impact programs across the patient journey.
Throughout his career, Jaron has held senior leadership roles across top healthcare organizations including Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Radial Health Therapeutics, EVERSANA, Xcenda, Allergan, and Lash Group. He has successfully launched field nurse educator programs, built end-to-end HUB Patient Service solutions, and led transformative initiatives that have elevated patient adherence, engagement, and operational performance.
At COPILOT, Jaron plays a pivotal role in shaping scalable, tech-enabled services—bridging strategy, compliance, and patient-centric care. He is known for his collaborative leadership, deep understanding of market dynamics, and a relentless focus on delivering value through innovation and executional excellence.
Jaron holds an M.A. in Education from Pfeiffer University and a B.A. in Communications from Rowan University, with special coursework in Radio, TV, and Film.
